- The entire MONTH OF OCTOBER is dedicated to the HOLY ROSARY.There will be EXPOSITION of The BLESSED SACRAMENT and ROSARY after every daily Mass. On Weekends, Exposition of The Blessed Sacrament and Rosary will take place half an hour before Saturday 5:30 pm Mass, and before Sunday 8:00 am, and 10:30 am MassesPlease observe respectful silence upon entering the church when the Blessed Sacrament is exposed for adoration..
- North Jacksonville Deanery Evangelization Conference will be held on October 11, from 12:00 -3:00 pm , at Sacred Heart Church on Blanding Boulevard. Fr. Adam would like to encourage everyone to represent Most Holy Redeemer at this conference.. Bishop Pohlmeier and Director of Evangelization, Joseph West will be discuss– Vision for Missionary Discipleship in the Diocese of St Augustine.
- Don’t forget to attend Deacon Mark’s series of classes on “specific Practices and Traditions of the Catholic Church”. Classes will be held on Wednesdays at Angels Hall, at 7:00 pm.
- Also on September 29, Deacon Mark Sciullo is offering a training session for adult male parishioners interested in serving as altar servers. Candidates should be 30 years of age or older, who have not had training in the past. The training session will be held in MHRC at 5:00 pm. No registration needed. Just come.
- Most Holy Redeemer annually celebrates Our Lady of Fatima’s final appearance to the shepherd children of Fatima and the occurrence of the “ Miracle of the Sun”; which happened 101 years ago on October 13, 1917.Bishop Erik Pohlmeier will join our celebration this coming October 13. Mass will be at 6:00 pm, followed by a procession of the images of Our Lady of Fatima and Our Lady of Grace- on church grounds, with the recitation of the Rosary in 5 languages Please mark your calendars and join the celebration of this great event
