Faith Formation is a lifetime journey for everyone – at every age and stage of life – beginning with our baptism. The day a person is baptized, he or she begins a wonderful journey of faith.
Religious Ed
Religious Education Classes for students in grades K through 8 are held on Tuesday evenings during the school year from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Students meet in the Religious Education Building. Students studying for Confirmation on Sunday afternoons. Most Holy Redeemer High School Youth meet Sunday evenings from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. These students meet in the Youth Room in the social hall.
Most Holy Redeemer relies on trained volunteers to serve as catechists so that our class sizes are kept at a reasonable size, usually about 10 to 12 students. At each level the students are invited to grow in their study of our Catholic faith through prayer, service to the community, and active participation in the liturgical life of our parish. The program engages the family in the catechetical efforts by involving them in our sacramental preparation sessions, as well as in special liturgies.
